Skoop (“Skoop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides personalized home reports for homeowners and lead generation, automation, and nurturing tools for real estate professionals through myskoop.com and related sites, applications, emails, and text messages (together, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Information you provide. Your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, property details, and any messages or preferences you submit through forms, chat, scheduling tools, or when you contact us.
  • Sign-in information. If you sign in with Google or another identity provider, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that provider. We do not receive your password.
  • Property and public-record data. Information about properties, ownership, valuations, mortgages, and market activity obtained from public records, multiple listing services, data providers, and the real estate professionals we work with.
  • Usage information. Device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, links clicked, report sections opened, and email or text engagement, collected through cookies, pixels, and analytics tools.

2. How We Use Information

  • Create, personalize, and deliver home reports, valuations, and related insights.
  • Connect homeowners with the real estate professional sponsoring their report.
  • Send emails, text messages, and notifications you have requested or consented to receive.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services and develop new features.
  • Measure engagement and the effectiveness of our communications.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as described here:

  • Real estate professionals. If your report is sponsored by an agent, broker, or lender, or you request to be contacted, we share your contact details, property information, and engagement with that professional so they can follow up with you.
  • Service providers. Vendors that host our infrastructure, deliver email and text messages, provide analytics, and supply property data, acting on our instructions.
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Skoop, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Mobile phone numbers and text-message opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

4. Text Messaging

If you opt in, we may send you informational and marketing text messages about your home report and the Services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
